AI-supported knowledge management uses artificial intelligence to automatically capture, structure, analyse and make available to everyone knowledge from various internal and external systems, as well as the implicit knowledge of your employees.
Unlike traditional document management, it also captures implicit knowledge – i.e. knowledge that only exists in the minds of experts. This can account for around 42% of role-specific knowledge.

Implicit knowledge is experiential knowledge that is difficult to put into words. It is acquired through many years of practice and is applied intuitively. Up to 80% of knowledge in organisations is implicit in nature.
Knowledge loss costs German companies billions every year. In the IT sector alone, lost expertise results in an average of 8.5% in lost revenue – estimated at approximately €11 billion per year.
